Our Beers:
Each one of our beer recipes was developed over years of brewing and all have won numerous awwards. We brew every beer at the brewpub using the freshest ingredients available.
Big Tex Brewery brews six regular beers that are on tap at the smokehouse along with two seasonals. We also have on tap a good selection of guest beers.
Our BBQ:
We smoke only with seasoned Mesquite - This is Texas. The meat is hand picked and dry rubbed with our special rub. Then smoked over night is the brisket is ready to eat when we open our doors.
